Party Favor Sparklers

This thrilling sparkling scene is easy to create and can be done at any outdoor party or event. Create a memorable moment at birthday parties, anniversaries, graduations, sweet sixteen parties, barbecues, family reunions or anytime you want to add some extra sparkle to your party or event.
